Click & Collect

We're excited to offer Click & Collect across our Australian stores. Simply place your online order with Superdry, and it will be ready to collect from your chosen store within the hour.


How to Place Your Click & Collect Order


Set Your Location
1. Set your preferred store location in the top bar, searching by postcode or geolocation.

Shop Online
2. On each product you view, you'll be alerted with the stock availability for the store you've chosen.

If the style you want isn't in stock in your selected store, you can view other stores nearby and change your set location.

Checkout
3. Once you're ready to checkout, select 'Click & Collect' when placing your order.

Collect
4. Once you're order is ready for collection, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, usually within 1 hour.


Click & Collect FAQs


  1. Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?
    No, we have no minimum spend or order quantity for Click & Collect.

  2. What happens if some of the styles I want aren't in stock?
    If you're placing an order for multiple products that aren't all available in your selected Click & Collect store, you can opt for delivery for your full order instead.
    Alternatively, you can select a different nearby store that has all your items in stock.

  3. Where is Click & Collect Available?
    We offer Click & Collect across all our Australian stores.

  4. Is Click & Collect available during lockdown?
    No, we are unable to offer Click & Collect during COVID lockdowns at this stage. Please check the latest information in your state for these updates.

  5. When will my order be ready to collect?
    Your order will be ready for collection within 1 hour of being placed, and you'll receive an email from us confirming this. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order.
    Please note orders placed outside of our store opening hours will be completed the following day.

  6. What are the opening hours for the store I've selected?
    You can view all our store hours and address details here.

  7. Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
    Yes, they will just need to show us a copy of the order confirmation email along with a form of ID for our records.

  8. How long will my order be held in store?
    Your order will be held for a maximum of 10 days in your chosen store. After this time, we will contact you to arrange delivery or a refund.

  9. Can I try on my order in store?
    Yes! You are welcome to try on your new purchase in our change rooms, where our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions.

  10. Can I return or exchange my order?
    You are welcome to return your order for a full refund by following the instructions listed here.
    You can also exchange your order in a direct Superdry store, however we are unable to process exchanges via post.
