Festive Season Return Policy
We know that gift giving can be tricky,so this festive season we want to make it easier for you. As such we have extended our returns window to cover the period of December – January. All items eligible for return & exchange purchased from 1st December 2024 will have until 31st January 2025 to be returned to our online store or returned/exchanged at one of our retail outlets around Australia.

1) Before completing your return, ensure you have the following information
- Order ID # (can be found in your confirmation email)
- Email address used to place the original order
2) Click the link below to request your return. Please note that this portal is used for Australian orders only.
3) Complete the form by telling us which items you’d like to return and why
4) You will be emailed a return slip and instructions for completing your return (Return slip is for warehouse reference only and does not count as a shipping label)
5) Print the returns slip and fix onto a plain satchel (the satchel used for your order is fine if existing labels are covered and the satchel is re-sealed).
6) Please take your parcel with label attached to any Post Office where they will charge you a postage fee for the return shipping (we recommend retaining tracking information for your parcel)
7) Once received, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.
- Items must be returned within 28 days of the order date

- Refunds are applicable for all returns, including full price, promotional or markdown items
- Superdry Australia does not offer exchanges via our online store
- Any shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable
- Return items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
- Items must be purchased directly via the Superdry Australia website. If you have purchased from a Superdry stockist (e.g. Myer), please contact the seller to return your item/s
- You may return or exchange your online order at any Superdry Australia / New Zealand store (please note our Queenstown and Sylvia Park stores are not currently accepting returns)

- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear
- Superdry reserves the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not adhered to
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Item/s purchased in store are unable to be returned online
- Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorisation number. All returns must be lodged through the Superdry Returns Centre.
- Superdry will not take responsibility for return item/s not received if registered post and/or tracking is not used
- Customers are responsible for charges associated with return postage
- Online returns posted directly to a Superdry Australia store will not be accepted
- We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a confirmation email once this has been completed
- If any item purchased with a gift card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original gift card
- All international returns are at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Please use your preferred postage service to our return address below.

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following under Australia Consumer Law:
1) Exchange or refund of products for major failure or faulty; or
2) Exchange if the product fails to be of acceptable quality, however, is not a major failure
In assessing a faulty claim, Australia Consumer Law allows us to consider how much time has passed since original purchase, customer use of the product, the length of time in which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the fault becomes noticeable.

- We accept all returns for Afterpay and Zip both online and in store for a full refund
- Your Afterpay or Zip balance will be reduced to reflect the new order total once the refund has been processed (refunds can take up to 5 business days).
- We are unable to offer exchanges both online and in store
- Items sold at samples and seconds sales may include defects or flaw or may not be suited to your planned purpose for them. These items may also vary from the equivalent items sold in store or online. Please examine these items carefully prior to purchasing as Superdry does not offer refunds or exchanges on these items
