We understand it can sometimes be hard to find the correct size shopping online. We’re here to help in any way we can and provide suggestions to assist you! Firstly, it's important to note that our sizing can often vary due to differences in the intended style and fit of the garment. Additionally, each customer has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel.

If you’re having difficulties using a promotional or coupon code, please check the terms and conditions to ensure that all items are applicable. Often our codes only work on full-price items and cannot be used in line with any other sale or promotion. They're also single-use only. If this isn't the reason for your issue, please reach out to our online customer support team and advise them which product you’re attempting to purchase with the error message you're receiving. Our team will then be more than happy to investigate this for you further! Please note promo codes can only apply to the shopping cart screen at the time of purchase. So please ensure you add the code before processing your order, as no promotional code can be honoured after the orders placed.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide information regarding stock levels of items, incoming items, or the restocking of existing items. However, our website automatically updates when new stock becomes available for purchase. This is a good indicator of our stock availability. We also recommend signing up to our mailing list for future updates on stock and offers.
For purchases made online, we accept payments using; Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Afterpay. Please note that Afterpay is only available for customers using an Australian Afterpay account. If you’re shopping in-store, we accept most credit and debit cards. We also accept Cash, Afterpay, Alipay, UnionPay, BestPay, JD Pay and WeChat Pay.
Please kindly note that we are unable to offer exchanges on purchases made with Afterpay and PayPal.
Delivery
Standard Delivery within Australia and New Zealand is FREE for all orders over $99! Orders below this value get charged at a flat rate of $9.95 for deliveries into Australia and $9.95 for Deliveries into New Zealand. We also offer express shipping at a flat rate of $14.95 for customers in Australia.
For standard delivery orders will take 2-5 business days to VIC and NSW, 3-6 business days to ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro, and 3-10 business days to WA and most regional areas. For express delivery, orders will take 2-3 business days to VIC and NSW, 2-4 business days to ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro, and 3-5 business days to WA and most regional areas. For shipments to New Zealand, these will take 3-8 business days.
As soon as your orders dispatched, you'll receive tracking information with direct links available to track your order. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to validate with Australia Post. To ensure fast delivery, we may pack and send your order in multiple parcels. When this happens, we'll provide you with the added tracking information. We'll try our best to have your order delivered together, however packages may arrive on different days. You can use the Australia Post website or App to track your order. By creating an account, you'll be able to:
- Keep up to date with your deliveries.
- Redirect your order to a new or updated address.
- Add a safe place for your order to be left.
By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order. If we are unable to deliver your goods to the Delivery Address due to the size of the package or because there are restrictions on access to the Delivery Address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect the goods from a local Australia Post office. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
Orders
Once you've placed an order with us online, an order confirmation screen will appear with your order number. Additionally, you'll receive a confirmation email within 15 - 30 minutes containing your order details. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may be there. You can also find confirmation of your order by logging into your Account and then going to “Orders”. If your order doesn't display here, then there may have been a problem at the time of placing it. To investigate further, please get in contact with our online customer support team.
We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible. So once your order is submitted, our team are already getting your order ready!
As such, we cannot make any amendments or cancellations, as your order is already in progress. For this reason, please ensure to double-check your order carefully, before finalising your order with us.
If a different style, size or colour is needed, please place a brand-new order. If you wish to make a return once you receive your order, please request a return slip or head in-store for a return or exchange. Please note, we don't offer postal exchanges for online orders.
If you've used or created an account to place your order, you can view your order status and history by logging into your account by clicking the person icon on the right-hand side. This will then allow you to view your order, order status and print a tax invoice.
Unfortunately, we're unable to honour any promotional price for customers who have missed using a promo code or have missed placing an order within our sale period. We’d suggest for you place a new order with the promotion code added and return the full price order in line with our returns policy.
Yes we do! Our gift card is available in various denominations to fit your budget, and it's delivered electronically to your email within minutes of purchase. This means you can buy a gift card even at the last minute and still have it ready to send to your loved one in a flash. Please note, for NZ customers: This voucher cannot be used in-store. It is also purchased in AUD, so we recommend using it online to shop in the same currency.
Returns
Of course! We offer easy returns on all online orders within 28 days of the purchase date. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging (including tags attached) on all change of mind returns. You can request a return online by using our Returns Portal. We just require your order ID number (can be found in your confirmation email) and your email address used to place the order. You're also more than welcome to return or exchange your order at a direct Superdry Australia store, or to our Superdry Auckland store in New Zealand. If you've paid via PayPal, please also kindly take your PayPal confirmation email with you. If you've paid via After Pay, you're more than welcome to go in store for a refund, however we’re unable to assist with exchanges.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an exchange facility for online orders. If you’d like to change style, size or colour, please proceed to our website to place a brand-new order. This way, we can start getting your order ready and we can ship it out to you as soon as possible!
You're also more than welcome to visit your local Superdry store and our friendly team can assist you with a return or organising an exchange.
Please note a small shipping fee is required if you're posting your return to us. This fee may vary based on your location and the weight of the parcel.
We recommend using a tracked service as we don't accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been confirmed as received at our warehouse.
We also offer the choice of returning your order to a direct Superdry store if you don’t wish to pay for return postage costs.
If you've purchased in-store and are wishing for a return or exchange, you'll need to take it back to the store that you originally purchased from, as this store has captured your funds to be able to refund you.
Please ensure to refer to your receipt for information regarding the store's returns policy.
Please ensure to fill out both your order number and email address on the returns form to access the return portal. If your order number is not recognised, please check that you’re entering your full order number as shown on your order confirmation email. If you’re still having difficulties, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you further.
For change of mind returns, we’re unable to accept returns on items where they've been worn, damaged or if the tags have been removed.
In addition to this, we're unable to offer change of mind returns on underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
If you think your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us directly with your order details, pictures of the fault and an explanation of what the fault is so we can guide you further. You can contact our online customer support team by going to our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at support@superdry.com.au. Please note if you’ve purchased your item in store, you’ll need to return to store as they've captured your payment and we operate separately from our store network.
